Endorphina Limited, a provider of online slot games based in Prague, has obtained a Gaming-Related Vendor Licence (Tier II) from the United Arab Emirates’ General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA).

The GCGRA, a federal entity with exclusive jurisdiction over licensing, supervision, and regulation of all commercial gaming activities in the UAE, granted the licence on Thursday.

Within this regulatory framework, Endorphina is allowed to provide gaming-related products and services throughout the Emirates, operating under the GCGRA’s compliance and oversight structure.

A gaming vendor licence is a corporate licence for ‘suppliers of gaming equipment or related goods and services’.

Endorphina considers the licence as a boost to its global presence. “Over recent years, Endorphina has evolved into a genuinely reputable, globally acknowledged supplier, adhering to a policy of steady and sustainable growth,” stated Džangar Jesenov, Endorphina’s head of compliance.

‘Among the Leading Providers Globally’

Jesenov called the licence both “a privilege and a duty.” She highlighted the company’s position among the leading global providers in terms of jurisdictions where it is licensed to operate.

“Currently, regarding the count of jurisdictions where we are licensed to operate, we are proud to be listed among the Top providers worldwide.”

Jesenov also conveyed excitement about contributing to “building a sustainable and innovative industry under the direction of the GCGRA.”

The licensed gaming market in the UAE is expected to draw both established European suppliers and local operators. On the land-based side, Wynn Resorts is progressing its $5.1 billion Wynn Al Marjan Island development in Ras Al Khaimah, anticipated to become the UAE’s first regulated casino resort.

However, recent reports have indicated that regional tensions related to the Iran situation could impact construction schedules and tourism flows connected to the broader Gulf gaming market. Construction was temporarily halted in February but resumed in March.
