Spectrum Gaming Group has named Dennis Andreaci as Senior Advisor, boosting the firm’s consultancy services with more than forty years of casino industry expertise.
The business announced the move on Thursday, indicating that Andreaci will aid clients with casino development, operational reviews, regulatory compliance, international marketing, and strategic planning for integrated resorts.
Veteran leader joins advisory team
In January 1980, Andreaci began his career in the gambling sector at Resorts International in Atlantic City. Since that time, he has built a career spanning over 45 years, with 33 of those years spent in Asian gaming markets.
According to Spectrum Gaming, Andreaci delivers expertise in casino operations, gaming development, anti-money laundering services, VIP program design, and resort management. His responsibilities at the firm will involve advising clients in global gaming markets and supporting integrated resort initiatives.
Spectrum Gaming stated that this appointment fits with the company’s efforts to broaden its knowledge in casino development and operational advisory services.
Know-how across key Asian casino markets
Over his career, Andreaci held senior executive roles at Las Vegas Sands, where he participated in the launch of Sands Macao and The Venetian Macao.
He also assisted in the planning and creation of Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.
Spectrum Gaming noted that Andreaci supervised gaming development, project planning, design, and casino operations across multiple properties during his seven years with Las Vegas Sands.
After that position, Andreaci moved to Solaire Resort and Casino in Manila, acting as Senior Vice President of Gaming and Executive Vice President.
During his tenure there, he created gaming-related departments and oversaw casino design and development activities. Management roles in casino operations
Andreaci also collaborated with Galaxy Entertainment Group, overseeing strategic planning, hiring, training, and gaming operations.
More lately, he acted as Senior Vice President of Casino Operations at Hann Casino Resort from 2023 to 2025. According to Spectrum Gaming, he aided in enhancing the property’s operational performance and guest experience during his time there.
The organization stated that Andreaci’s global expertise includes both operational management and casino openings in numerous significant Asian gaming venues.
